Managing Datasets

Datasets are virtual filesystems in pools. You can share datasets, take snapshots and restore them.

1. Create Dataset

To create a dataset, go to the ZFS Pool in which you want to create the dataset and click on "Create Dataset".

Create a dataset by clicking on "Create Dataset" specifying it name.

2. Take Snapshot

Just click on "Take Snapshot" to take a snapshot.

3. Share via Portal

Click "Allow Portal Access" to make the filesystem accessible to users via the portal.

Click on "Show on Portal" to switch to the portal view.
